Our Martial Arts and Self Defense Classes

From Kinder Kicks (18 months-3 years) to Wise Warriors (55+), our programmes cater to everyone. Kids can progress through Minimites, Kindymites, Dynamites, and Dragons, while teens and adults hone their skills in dedicated classes.

    • What are the benefits of martial arts training for children?
      Karate and other martial art practices have many proven benefits for children that go beyond physical fitness and coordination. With a holistic focus on self-control, social skills, discipline and self-confidence, martial arts can help your child build character and confidence that will extend far beyond the dojo. 
      Do you offer adult classes?
      Absolutely! We offer classes for the whole family from ages three to 93. We’re pleased to offer a range of classes including women-only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, 55+ classes, black belt classes and more. 
      What fitness level do I need to start doing martial arts?
      You can start a martial arts programme with us at almost any fitness level. Our classes are designed to be completed at your own pace. Our instructors will teach you the correct techniques to develop your skills in a safe way regardless of your current fitness level. We have people of all experience and fitness levels join our classes – if you’re not sure which class to join, please feel free to get in touch or book a free one-on-one introductory session.
